On the 1st floor there is the first of two spacious, open-plan living-rooms (80sq.m), and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The computer corner, with high speed internet connection, is also located here. This can be used unlimited and free of charge by the guests during their stay. There is also a TV and DVD player with sofas. The living room opens out onto a large balcony that runs the entire width of the building. The view from this terrace is of a neighbouring building.
Two standard hotel-sized, tastefully decorated bedrooms are accessed from the 1st floor living area. Both are double (king size 4-poster bed) and have en-suite bathrooms with warm and cold water showers.
In the fully equipped kitchen area there is;
gas stove with 3 burners; microwave; mini-oven; coffee-maker; hot water kettle; toaster; rice cooker; full set of kitchen utensils;
full set of crockery and cutlery; pots and pans; large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment.

Stairs leading up to the 2nd floor come out into another spacious, stylish decorated living-room with TV and DVD player, rattan sofa-set, dining table and chairs, full size bar and a guest toilet.
The living room has large picture windows that open onto a large balcony running the entire width of the building. This overlooks a neighbouring building.
The master bedroom (king size 4-poster bed) accessed from the living area is a grand 42 sqm, including a large walk-in closet (which can be used as a spare bedroom), large bathroom with a warm and cold water shower.
